I have been busy the last couple of days and not sure what's going on. What is the latest? I know that the NCAA has been investigating, and that we are complying. Have they found anything? What's going on?

Not much. Jawuan James was to be interviewed today, Corey Miller and his dad have commented that the girls nor the recruits did anything wrong (of course that is up to the NCAA). Kiffin just released a statement saying he knew of no wrong doing. There are few threads you can read and be right back up to speed.

At least 20 threads to catch up, mostly rumors, and should take you no more than 6 hours to filter through all of them!

It has been confirmed that Dan Brooks - former Vols coach was at the HS game, recognized the girls and turned UT in.

This was a while back though. It appears the NCAA is still digging around for something else.

On the hostesses charge there won't be anything except maybe a secondary, but I doubt that.

It appears the NCAA is looking for other mistakes and missteps by Kiffin and Co.

The JuWuan James interview from what I have heard has nothing to do with hostesses and more to do with tampering.

Was this not during a dead period and if so, what was Dan doing there? Shouldn't there be some type of punishment for that?

I can tell you this... If I were a recruit already committed, I would not tell the NCAA anything they could use to harm my team!

Coaches weren't allowed to visit high schools in September were they? So if Dan Brooks was there wouldn't that be a violation?

a letter of inquiry received from NCAA. They are doing a review and if they find nothing, they more than likely won't even tell UT about it.

His words on the Animal today. The rival alarmists have had a field day with this blow up pile of bulls--t! :eek:lol:

James was committed somewhere else.

Excuse my ignorance but I thought tampering occured only if someone had an employment contract. I didn't think it applied to college recruits. Plus commitments don't lock in till NSD. What am I missing?

So, which coach turned this over to the NYT when it hasn't even been presented to the university? Mr. Meyer?
That would be hilarious if UT gets out of this and then found out Meyer was behind it. Imagine the reaction when UF enters Neyland next year.

7 days a week until they sign the dotted line.

I just wish the NCAA would quit tampering with the Vols.

Even more hilarious assume everyone is to blame and beat the heck of them all and call it a day or a National Title, whichever you prefer.

Kiffin should hire someone to focus strictly on the Gators. There is no way on earth that Urban is clean. Everything aroung him just seems like it is. I mean if you've got Tebow you're bound to be squeaky clean.
