What is the criteria for making a bowl in 2020?

The bowls decide if they are going to play in each city then follow the conference contracts. But records do not matter outside of the Playoff/Major bowls

I'm with you. Any other season it would be pathetic. This year? Who cares? The whole season is one big participation trophy. And when you suck as bad as we do, every practice and every opportunity to play a game is a chance to get better. And we need all the getting better we can get.
