What is our shot at these guys?

I have been reading you guys for awhile now. I try to follow recruiting a little but i usually don't start till about December or January. What is our chances with these guys below. Has Jones the 5* kid from NC taken a visit offical or unoffical to UT? Also I have been thinking of getting a subscription to one of the recruiting services which is better Scout or Rivals? Are they the same?

Austin-as good a chance as any(final 3 will be UT, FSU, and USC)
Toliver-very little chance(LSU favorite)
Allen-no chance(ND and UF)
Donald-Vol
Walker-Vol
Jones-depends on who UNC hires, great chance

On Toliver, his uncle lives in Knoxville, not his dad. Brent Hubbs said we are very much in that race now, though.
