I cant figure it. Play CAL awsome and look top 10. Play Air Force and look unranked. Play the N champs and lose by 1, look top 5. Marshall and look mediocre. Memphis game looks as usual. Play Georgia, all right lookin sweet top 10.Bama is always close but dont look hot at all. Hard faught game with S Car. good win, top 15.LSU another good game considering their talent and with a backup QB. Arcky put us in our no run stoppin place. Vandy we played pretty well. Kentucky I am truly drawing a blank on.

Down up down up down up lets get some damn consistancy, why are we awsome one minute and horrid the next?

i mean we completely shut down their great running back and then we looked like a JV team playing against arkansas and their rushing game.

He didn't exactly look like the Heisman candidate that every preseason magazine made him out to be, either. I think we gameplanned to stop him, and in an effort to get around that, they tried to pass a little more. Turns out there QBs were completely inept.

I agree 100%. The poster whom I quoted say we completely shut him down, which is completely false. Tedford should have really been hit harder with criticism after that game, as I think he had an awful gameplan, and then he panicked.

Lynch ran for 6.2 ypc against us, but Tedford only gave him 12 carries. The game was only 14-0 at half. Forsett had 1 yard on 5 carries, so ... the 2007 game doesn't look as daunting.

Cal loses both backup QB's, their FB, Lynch, and 3 starting OL's. On D, they lose both CB's, their best LB, and 3 of 4 DL's.

They will be rebuilding after two years of mediocrity. Tedford should have jumped to a name brand program when he had the chance.

The past 8 years including the 98 season have depended on breaks. 98 season (Fulmers Golden Egg)Last second FG-Syr, ARK-QB fumble, FSU-Starting QB out. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON HE STILL IS OUR HC. Nothing he has done since this season has warranted him staying.
Now Fulmers luck has finally caught up to him-no more breaks going his way and look at his record. Cannot be the talent-look what is in the NFL and the recruiting ranks we have had since 1998.

Since 1998-How many BIG games have we won?

When is this nonsense going to end?

Look at all the coaching positions-NFL and college alike. Are we dumb enough to let this guy continue to pull the wool over our eyes. THE MAN HAS AN EXCELLENT WINNING PERCENTAGE AND NO ONE KNOCKS ON HIS DOOR FOR OTHER COACHING JOBS!!!! This above all others is what baffles me the most-if he is as good as we think he is, then we should have to pay him year in, year out just to keep the guy as our HC.

PEARL IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF THE ABOVE STATEMENT. WE WILL HAVE TO PAY THIS GUY TO STAY!!!!

PLENTY OF PEOPLE OUT THEREl; LIKE PEARL, WHO WOULD BE EXCITED TO BE OUR FOOTBALL COACH. IMO
