we traded QB's with Florida and they had Crompton and we had Tebow? Would that be enough to make the difference or would Florida still be favored to win?

I'd be cool with just giving them their trolls back and losing badly Saturday.

simple, we tell our O line to not block for a bit and let their defense take tebow out for the season, then we let our defense pick apart crompton for the game haha,

Sure, they'd be favored.

As bad as Crompton played Saturday, he definitely had some "help.". In reality, we're short on offensive playmakers and on the offensive line. Just bringing in Tebow wouldn't solve all our problems.

With that said, it's not an impossibility for us to win Saturday. It's not probable, but we're not so far beneath the Gators that even a great game by us is incapable of a victory.

That's why we play the games ...

If Urban Meyer wants to give our defense a chance to break Tim Tebow's jaw then he will let him lineup up under center for a few snaps.. like he said he would do this season

What if...Tebow had gone to alabama instead of Florida. Then Shula would still be there and nick satan would be coaching at notre dame or mich. Dang Tebow and his choices.

Whatever......what if bullfrogs had wings.

What if...... My aunt had testicles, would she be my uncle?????

Actually, I had a reason for asking the question. Sure, it's just a theoretical question and obviously one for discussion only. I asked because I thought it would be telling that if Crompton is the cause of all our problems then how would the team change with a Heisman winner under center?

Also, if Florida fans think Tebow is the greatest thing ever than what would happen to the Gators if you remove him from their offense and put someone like Crompton under center?

I like the thought process behind the thread, i was taking the opportunity to use one of my favorite and seldom used lines...........

I personally believe if you switch the two QB's you have to switch the point spread, TN is automatically favored by 28. I feel our defense is as good, if not better than the gator product. I know we are young, but very talented at skill positions(outside of QB), our special teams are now up to par. The shining weak link is the most important spot on the field QB. He doesn't have to throw for 400 yds or run for 150 yds, but he does have to have the mental capacity to win on the road in the SEC. I believe Crompton has every physical ability needed to be a top QB in the nation, what he lacks, you can't win without it, and it is between his ears. We have a fifth year senior, yet i have the gut feeling as if we were starting a true frosh in the swamp, that's how fragile he is, mentally.

Tebow is 28 points better than Crompton, EASY!!!!

It would be pretty funny to see Florida's fullback try to work behind UT's offensive line, I must admit.
