What happened with the coaches after the game? (Nothing that had anything to do with CWH showing disrespect)

I remember…. He cursed Fulmer in front of his daughter at midfield after the game. I hate GA.
I couldn’t stand seeing Donnans bitter self in ESPN all those years. Seemed like a miserable guy when he coached and after. Never understood why they thought he’d be good for TV.

Healy was a very good coah at Peay. Prob should have put in another year or two there before trying to move up. He was barely out of diapers when coaching the Govs. Taking your first shot at FBS with Charlotte was not the best move.

Honestly, the "mercy" rule has been stupid all along. If you don't want to be on the wrong end of a lop-sided score then don't take the game. But don't complain when the opponent takes you as a live scrimmage to develop their own team for better future opponents.

UT NEEDS to know if Merklinger/MacIntyre can hold up if JA gets injured. This was a great opportunity to let them settle in and make some mistakes that they now hopefully won't make if one has to step in vs an SEC team. The two young RBs got some good run and opportunities to make plays. Same with the OLs and WRs.

Not sure what there is to complain about D. It looked like UT played into the scout team.

What specifically did he do or say?

He gave a really nice presser, complimented both CJH, Neyland, and the program and said he would be rooting for us

He didn't do anything. The Volnation Quilter's Club got their bloomers in a wad before their second cup of coffee, and came up with a story line to rival Days of Lives.

The Four Steps to a meltdown:

Step 1 : Announcer speaks cryptically about something taking place off-video: "I dunno if you saw it, but there was a very awkward interaction with the coaches at midfield...."

Step 2 : Announcers never follow up to explain what that meant, leaving door open to speculation.

Step 3: Fans suppose the losing coach probably must have disrespected the winning coach in some way (utterly untrue, as it turns out, but not illogical as a supposition).

Step 4: Someone on a fan forum asks what it was all about, and dozens of people start posting vitriol based on their wrong assumptions; the non-existent slight takes on a life of its own, and soon a crowd with pitchforks is on the e-march.

I swear, sometimes I think the internet is the greatest invention of mankind, and sometimes I believe it will destroy civilization entirely.

Go Vols!
We were a better world without the internet.

I love how Heupel lets the reserves get in there and actually play. Those dudes work their ass off every week for UT and it’s awesome to see them get to make memories. If Healy wants us to quit playing he should forfeit
