Before fulmer got the axe, it seemed like Muschamp was the favorite to replace him around these boards. Now all i here about are the likes of Davis, Gruden, Leach, Cowher, etc. Muschamp's not necessarily my favorite but i still think he should be considered. Your thoughts???

tell me who he would bring to run the offense and he might go back on the list

He was never my choice but him being only a coordinator and his defense giving up a lot of points lately would be my guess.

No head coaching experience, loose cannon, overrated as a D coordinator.

I had wondered wheres his name went too. I think he should be on the list still too. Not at the top....but on the list

Tennessee isn't the place to get your first head coaching gig.

We're not Iowa State.

His D has had been burned too much for us to want him anymore, we have that w/ the Chief. lol. We want GRUDEN!!!
It doesnt look like we are going to get him tho. Rumors have Butch Davis at the top of Hammy's list. I want Gruden or Kiffen.

his defense is not what people have been hyping it to be, its been giving up points left and right. The big 12 usually doesnt play good defense, but texas' is like the D student in the class of failures right now on defense. I really dont want to see him as our HEAD coach because i think he'd be too conservative with his game strategy to take the risks we'd need to take to win and get the program turned around.
