For months Ive heard people rip the media for the crap they put out. No matter which side you were on you claimed the other was just filling the airwaves with fake news. It was all lies just to make the other side look bad.
Then yesterday happens and today those same media outlets start attacking this fan base and many here cling to those same stories and say the fan base just killed UT football.
Hasnt it occurred to those same people that say the media is right that those media outlets could be bought by those same people that wanted this hire to happen. You dont think the haslams couldnt go to news outlets, promise the board advertising dollars and suddenly stories bashing the fan base cover the airwaves, internet and print.
