It’s the off-season and I love seeing all the opinions.

Jennings was just a dog, guy planned to dominate you physically.

Justin Hunter could out jump a 7 footer on a pogo stick.

What makes Tillman the player he is? I’ve watched him play and he doesn’t look exceptionally fast, exceptionally powerful, etc. but he gets open and makes plays. What does he do thay our other guy can’t or don’t to find the level of success he has found this year?

He's not a burner but he's deceptionally fast and physical too. He ran straight by plenty of guys this season. He also has an unbelievable knack for making some crazy catches with his body turned in awkward positions.

probably a combination of great route running and the spacing Heupel's system creates. Seems to have great hands and is pretty quick with pads on despite his 4.65 40 time

You just said it. Gets open and makes plays. Does it matter that he plays the piano or can pull a transmission?

Understands how to get separation and runs crisp routes. Reminds me of guys such as Anquan Boldin, Michael Crabtree, Dez Brysnt types. Big body frames that know how to get off the line and create separation without being burners

He gets open and makes plays. And why is that? Because Payton Hyatt and Velus did some of that too. And them being able to probably helped Tillman do what he did. It is easier to make plays when you have more than one threat at WR. You are in single coverage rather than double or triple coverage.

As to Hunter? Yeah he could do that before he injured his knee. But he never was the same after that. Sad really. He could have been all pro.

If we had a way to clone him and have 4 Tillman's out there at the same time - we would - he is tremendous matchup problem for almost all db's.
He is . Glad he’s had a breakout year, hope the best for him next year too. Pretty good core group coming back. I wish Velus had another year.

He is faster than he looks. He has great ball skills and strong hands. And... he's put in the work to be an excellent route runner AND blocker. Being a good blocker helps the team but it also makes a WR a more difficult cover if they can knock you on your can too.
