If Chuck Taylor is the hard worker that Tony says he is I could see him being a nice contributor for us next year. Really excited for that Ahuna kid too. Moore is going to be a stud. I don’t think we hit 150 dongs but we should still have an explosive offense.

I actually think there’s a much better chance that Stevenson is back than Lawson. The draft is only 20 rounds. I don’t see Stevenson getting selected.

I wouldn’t either. The fact we saw Evans pitch in the Super tells me he’s developing and the coaches expect a lot of him. I think he’ll be a bullpen force next year. Mabrey, McLaughlin, Kirby, and Halvorsen are also virtually guaranteed to be major contributors out of the bullpen. After that, it’s a matter of who develops and which newcomers are ready to be a factor.

Question on Steenstra: nothing to be worried about there (that you know of), right? I think he is soooo good, especially defensively. Smoothest defensive player we have, IMO. I just really don’t want him to get frustrated and transfer out.

That’s fair, I think scouts see a .339 BA with 25 bags (6.2 60) and someone will bite. Selfishly, I hope not though, I think he’s the outfield leader we’ll need.
