I mix this with whatever bbq sauce I happen to have (last night it was Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce. I shred the cooked chicken, heat a skillet with a little olive oil, toss the chicken around, then add the sauce until it's heated through. My favorite way to serve it is with sweet potatoes, but I didn't have any last night. It's the perfect match though.
