What did you have for dinner?

I think so due to more consistency with the heat. If you offer me two steaks, one cooked in the skillet/stove/oven method and another just on the grill, I'm taking the former.

Grilled all the way.. Especially if the grill gets to 800 degrees or hotter

I use just a touch of grease in the batter, one egg, one cup milk or buttermilk and white lily corn meal. I wish Three Rivers was still around, as it was much better, but alas, it is no more. Grease the pan/skillet, then pour enough vegetable oil to line the pan/skillet for the crust. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.

Made chilli solo for the first time tonight, it isn't the standard version, being meatless for one, but it turned out delicious.

The cornbread is instant, I can't glorify that effort.

*No clue why the picture flips.

My grill gets above 750, not quite 800 though. I keep it clean and would take me grilling the meat over the skillet/oven. It's really not even close. Just gotta pay attention to the meat and make sure your grill heats up evenly.

Ate at The Palm after the game last night and it wasn't very good
Ordered the Veal Parm, had about 3 bites of it
