What did you have for dinner II?

Rusty pizza: base of Freschetta Brick-Oven Three Meat pizza; added sautéed onion and mushrooms, diced roasted red peppers á la Cento jar, some squirts of Cento tomato paste, Parmesan, and fresh basil and thyme.

Edit: Oh, and stinkyfish on only one half.

still waiting to eat

Stopped by the Varsity on the way home, chili dogs and fries.

You'll have to excuse my ignorance lol,but is that similar to the one they have in Atlanta? I went there with my dad and some family after a Braves game. Had stomach issues so I didn't get to eat much that night. Hoping to go again to eat there.

Yeah, there's I think 3 locations now. I stopped at the one in Dawsonville this evening. It's greasy goodness 🤣

In about 2 more hours, I will have my oxtails boiled with bay leaf, garlic, jalapeno peppers and onions ready with scrambled eggs and maybe bleu cheese.

Or instead of bleu cheese with the eggs, I may take the drippings/left over of the oxtails and put them on the side and mix with heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese and use that as a "gravy" for the oxtails and eggs.

I still got time to decide...

F' it... I forgot I had some sliced mushrooms. So mushrooms, heavy whipping cream, onions, garlic, peppers and some of the renderings of the pot mixed together for the gravy.

I'll just smother that all over the oxtails and eggs.

I'll just let this simmer down and cool off for about an hour or so. I'm hoping it will thicken up slightly as it cools. Meanwhile, I'll let the oxtails finish and then cook the eggs at the very end.

I'm experimenting y'all. Don't judge me too bad.

Mushrooms, heavy whipping cream, garlic, parmesan, onions, peppers and oxtail "juice" that was boiling.

Oxtail... plenty of good fat on the bone. I'll let them cook for a while longer. No rush...
