That looks so good reminds me of this hole in the wall place in Seminole, Fl. Charlie and Millies. We would get a pizza called the "Alkaseltzer." I never liked thin crust until eating here. We have driven about 45 minutes over there a couple of times because we miss it so much. @mad4vols have you tried it? It's right of Seminole Blvd.

Oh wow, I’m excited, haven’t found good pizza down here. I need to give it a shot. It’s only 15 minutes from me. Thank you.

Recently in an Uber, the driver mentioned Untouchables Pasta & Pizza - Google Search
He said it was the best he had in the area, haven’t tried it yet.
There is also a place Tampa downtown that is known for New York style pizza, apparently brings in water from NY.

The cheese is incredible. The pictures i posted are regular not extra cheese. Not sure if you remember the old sweetbay grocery store but it is right up the street from there on same side of road as Big Jims Famous steaks.

Mostly-homemade ham casserole:

- Leftover ham
- Minute (pre-cooked) brown rice, sautéed in butter and then rehydrated in chicken stock
- Onions, shallots, sliced carrot, celery, mushrooms, peas, broccoli, cheddar cheese
- Scratch mushroom cream sauce (“cream of mushroom soup”)
- Topped with buttered panko bread crumbs, Parmesan, and parsley
- Poultry seasoning, ground mustard, ground pepper
- Probably something else

I never remember to take a pic first:
