Don’t know if Tin Man will see this, but I learned from him to use a Freschetta brick-oven pizza (the square ones.) I just grabbed more on sale at 2 for $8. I think he uses others as well.I want to try doing that. What pizza would you recommend?

But those brick-oven bases on a pizza stone heated in the oven at 500° and cooked at 400 for 10-12 minutes (convection); wow. I do sauté the veggies in a mostly dry skillet while the stone heats up, and everything comes out perfectly. The crust cooked on the hot stone is fantastic.
