I’ve never had peaches in a pizza. Taste good?

Tastes excellent! It goes amazingly with the cheeses and prosciutto. The restaurant we tried it at topped it with balsamic vinegar, we chose pesto instead and it worked well too.

We chose a white sauce - not sure it would go with tomato sauce.

You inspired us! BLT with two sliced Rutgers tomatoes from the back yard.

We would have had a BLTC (BLT with havarti cheese), but Someone Not Me ate all the havarti.

I love rutgers tomatoes....that looks really good.....earlier this summer we blasphemed and tried Olive Garden ranch dressing in place of the mayo....not bad

Exactly. One of my favs is Cuban naan pizza. Layer of yellow mustard, then some ham, then some leftover pulled pork bbq, throw some pickles on the wife's and jalapeno's on mine. Top it with swiss cheese or mozzarella. Any cheese is good though.
