What did you have for dinner II?

That's so sweet! Kevin does all the grilling/smoker stuff, and I do anything stove top/oven, but if either is extensive we are helping each other out. Cooking at home is so nice.
It's is nice! My wife and I are pretty much the same as y'all. Inside is her domain and outside is mine. But we've learned enough from each other that can both do either. It works well.

Baked chicken thighs:
- bone-in, skin-on baked with pesto for Hubs
- boneless, skinless baked with basic rotisserie chicken spices for me
Steamed broccoli

I made both versions of chicken thighs on the same rimmed baking sheet, starting mine ten minutes after his, and they came out perfectly. The olive oil from his pesto thighs spread over the parchment paper and added a little basting to mine - mmm, good!

Love Love LOVE pesto!!!

Love Love LOVE pesto!!!
I do too, but it doesn’t always love me (heartburn.) It was so good having that bit of flavor on mine. Next time I make them with pesto for Hubs, I’ll use a lot more, as it was a bit skimpy on the bone-in thighs.

—I have caught Hubs with a spoon eating pesto out of the jar in front of the open fridge! 1581814939669.gif
