I don't like regular meatloaf, but we recently did a spinach stuffed ground chicken meatloaf that was great!

That and the soup. I got chicken and dumplings as my soup, and ate the big bowl of salad also. Those dumplings were great. I was full by the time I got the dinner, but ate about half anyway.
