What did you have for dinner II?

Ribeye, baked potato, salad, and Windy's recipe for crockpot Mac and cheese. I must say she rocks. Then a piece of cake with a glass of milk.

Went to Caramellas in Kingston this weekend. Very cool little place. You pay $30 a person and its a 5 course meal that you get. No menu just whatever the chef chooses and has fresh that day. Only open on the weekend. Highly recommend!

Last night was roast, corn, and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. Love me some mashed potatoes with brown gravy.

Tonight I'm thinking breakfast for supper. Home-made waffles and bacon sounds good.

My wife's leftovers mismash - pan fried sliced taters, black beans, cheese, store-bought tomatoes, and sliced avocados. It was tasty...

I'm tempted to try it sometime.

Thunder Road: hamburger with pimento cheese and sautéed onions, jalapeño pepper🌶 optional!

Make your pimento cheese, don't buy that stuff with all the additives. Oh, and Vidalia onions, of course:good!:.
