Thanks, but they figured I needed to wait! Our friends made us Mexican lasagna for today since my wife had surgery yesterday. I did go get my bacon for tomorrow though!

Flat iron steak on the grill, couscous, corn (from a can, should have been from a jar or on the cob but I ran out of time), naan bread, and a salad. Mostly just spinach leaves and tomatoes.

I am officially on the flat-iron steak bandwagon. I like it better than a rib eye if you have time to prep it.

Too expensive though!!
