What did you have for dinner II?

My son ate sausage and egg biscuits with his granddad a few times when he was little. But, for the most part he will not touch eggs. Unless he doesn't know he's eating them. lol. I will on occasion fix a frittata or breakfast casserole, and lie about what the eggs are. He hasn't figured that out yet. He sure does like those dishes when he doesn't think he's eating eggs. Do the same thing with tomatoes. I tell him them red peppers. He will put down cooked peppers. (Not bad getting over on a 17 year old like that).

But, as for me, I'll take a plate of everything you got on that menu.

Kevin claims he has stomach issues to certain foods, one of them being eggs. I don't believe him on any of his claims since they just happen to be random and he has this great ability to pinpoint his stomach issues on a specific item he last ate. So if I make a breakfast casserole with eggs, potato salad with chopped up eggs, etc. I do not tell him. He ironically has no stomach issues when he doesn't know what he is eating.

I’m so jealous of you all enjoying your wonderful Korean tacos and beautiful homemade pizza.

Chicken, brown rice, veggies and beats.

Everything in moderation! Notice how our pizza has mostly veggies and not so much cheese. It's a great way to get in a pizza fix. Looking forward to leftovers!
