You got it. The recipe is to oven roast it, but I cooked it indirect on my Kamado. Brought this guy back from the beach today. We dont get this kind of fresh seafood where I live

had a ribeye last night. Half of it was a perfect cut of juicy, tender meat. Half was rather tough. It's my fault though. I shopped at the commissary
