What could have been???

the cadillac williams thread got me to thinking. who is the biggest what could have been recruit that was seemingly a vol lock that we lost? im not talking about guys like autry from this past year, im talking about guys who were vol locks, all vol and then just bailed at the last minute and went on to have stellar careers elsewhere. im young and pretty new to recruiting ( been following pretty religiously for maybe 2 seasons now) so other than williams i really dont know of any. can some of the more seasoned recruiting gurus fill me in?

Not really last minute switches but I would have loved to have Bruce Irvin, Anthony Johnson (although I doubt he would have ended up at UT regardless), and Ahmad Dixon.
