Kiffin's D has always relied on 3 players. One DL that can create pressure on the QB and draw double blocks, a LB who can cover a slot receiver in man coverage, and a safety that can tackle in the open field. I've been a M.Kiffin fan for a long time.
I really wanted him to take the 49ers HC job a while back because as a child that was my team(Montana). I was very sad when he didn't. I would have never thought he would be at UT so I'm very, very excited.
