I don’t follow twitter. For those that do are you seeing any tweets or comments from the recruits that were at the game tonight? Maybe they are still partying on the strip. LOL

I would think a game like this with that kind of atmosphere would be good for recruiting.

I don’t think it could’ve been drawn up better. Packed house, checker Neyland, fantastic weather, beating a rival.
If that didn’t impress a recruit, they need to have their head examined

I don't know much about the minds of 18-year-old recruits, but I think I just saw the loudest, largest fan base packed in one place ever, The everyday students must be blown away, much less the recruits. My college had a 50,000-seat stadium, you could get tickets 5 minutes before the game, and although it was mildly entertaining, it was no game changer. I always wondered what it would be like to be a student at a place like UT and scream your head off for three hours, Not a bad way to go through adolescence.

Recruits almost and I mean almost saw what many of us have seen over the last decade and a half. Thankfully the Vols held on. Maybe, just maybe the start of something knew?

I only did my secondary degree at UT. Ended up going through three football seasons (2000-2002). Few days go by that I am not glad we were "good" or at least very respectable when I was on campus.

I kind of feel sorry for the students who only had anytime in the period 2008-2020 as their Tennessee football memories.

I’ve been so wrapped up in the moment for the past 5hrs, I forgot about the recruits who attended the game lol. All I can say is, come on! All aboard this big orange train! 🍊

There was a really good shot a couple of times of their section and the camera panned their section going into to halftime because that's UT's tunnel. It was jammed packed with recruits and we also know that from the lists.
