UT should have targeted Stoops early with huge money, instead of chasing all these other coaches who had little or no interest in UT. Stoops is one of the top 3 coaches in the U.S., with Meyer and Pete Carroll.

Jim Tressel as well as Nick Saban are certainly up there. Butch Davis will get his name high on that list as well in the near future.
