That where I argue that CPF's style requires excellent player leaders--who kick butts and take names. They have to police their own ranks or we just don't get it done as well.

Then, when the players come off the feild they either get a chest bump from Troop, a pat on the fanny from Phil, or a butt chewing/kicking from Al ! :good!:
