A new AD would decide on whether or not to keep Butch after the 2017 season.
My suggestions are for the 2017 season.

Trustees let Hamilton make the call on Fulmer. I don't think they will be as quick to let a new hire AD make the call on butch as easy. They have gone thru hell and don't intend to do that again.

Due to injuries this yr, Butch is getting a pass. He's got 17 & 18 AT LEAST.

Get pissed all you want bu if CBJ wins 9 games and sells out season tickets, he'll hire who he wants in 17.
