I would imagine we have played way more teams than most programs. UGA finally started playing teams outside the southeast with Norte Dame and a future Cal date. We’ve doing that for a long, long time.

I would love to get them all on the schedule, maybe a home and home with each and alternate them like we do the west sec teams.

This is one of the reasons that I have an odd desire to unwind most of the conference control over our schedule. There are so many interesting and compelling matchups across the nation. It irks me that we are trapped for the foreseeable future with annual matchups against UK, VU, USC, and even the more traditional powers.

I would love to see a 6 game conference schedule, 3 patsies, and 3 P5 OOC games. Heck, even playing the SEC west teams more often would be more intriguing.

I know there are a million reasons why not. But, I'm sorry, the conference domination of our schedule is a bummer.

Good point, recent addition to the list. Don't think there are any more though.

Army.

Arizona, Arizona State, Illinois, Michigan State, Stanford and Washington are the others.

West Virginia one of seven Power Five schools Tennessee has never played

We need to play all 6 of the others in the next 15 years. What is wrong with the administration? LOL Those games would be awesome. I use to live in AZ. All those places would be a good home and away team to play, even Illinois due to it not being that far. The VOLS travel well. Let's go the the west coast and play in AZ, CA, and WA!!! The Michigan St stadium looks cool.

Actually, UGA has a total of 12 Power 5 schools that they have never played:

Washington, Washington St, Utah, Iowa St, Kansas, Kansas St, Indiana, Rutgers, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Northwestern.

I'd like to see the list of the P-5s that TN has never beaten. Purdue and USCw are a couple. I think Pittsburgh too.
