I am not a fan of Bartlett. I live in East Memphis.

Also in response to the post above, Cordova is going downhill. My girlfriend's parents live in a nice neighborhood there. A year or so ago her brother and his friends were outside at night in their cove and some teens walked up and pulled a gun on them and robbed them. Nobody was hurt thank God.

I moved from Bartlett to Millington about 3 months ago. I still like Bartlett, the police there are really on top of things, and do a good job of keeping the trouble makers away.

Live in Jackson and would love to meet all you "trolls" but already have plans for this weekend. Maybe do it for SC game too? I will also check out other venues...I hear the Downtown Tavern is pretty good but haven't been there yet.

In case my plans change, keep this thread alive and let all know if the plan for Coyote Blues is a done deal.

I've been to the Tavern several times and I would not recommend it for a game unless they've changed somethings up. Good place to hang out for drinks, but it's too loud, smokey, and crowded (especially since it's small) for a game.

One of you guys oughtta just open up your man-cave and order pizza. Everybody could bring their own beer and if anybody got too drunk to drive, they could sleep on your floor. I would, of course, suggest clearing this with your SO first.

I moved from Frayser to Bartlett and now live in "Dirty Dova" it's been downhill for over a decade, all these cheap starter house neighborhoods keep popping up and thugs from the hood are moving in , gang violence thankfully is on the slow downward slope, Memphis and shelby county are cracking down.

With the new school districts being created is making it harder for thugs to infiltrate the burbs : Bartlett , Germantown, Collierville.
My wife and I are looking for out way "out"

Thanks but by "way out" I mean waaay out like Gallatin tn or Florida , any where but memphis/Shelby county.

No worries. The house won't last long on the market when it does go up for sale. Houses in that neighborhood get snatched up pretty quickly. Good luck w/ the job :hi:
