Check it out. We've got some folks shaking in their boots. I'd say we're definitely one of the hottest teams in basketball right now, but do stanford or dayton deserve more cred since they've both beaten a 3 and 2 seed respectively? Regardless, we're the IT team for sure

Ugh, I wish we were more low key. The sudden "dangerous" teams rarely last the tournament hype machine. Just eager to tip it off.

It's all about what's on the court my man.

This team won five straight to end the season while their coach was on the hot seat. Cuonzo is somebody who can block out distractions incredibly well. I'm wayyyyy more worried about how we stop Glenn Robinson III or Richardson picking up two fouls quick guarding Staukas then I am about if we are getting too much pub or not.

Besides, the more good publicity for Tennessee, the better for the program and Coach Martin.

They have to stay focused on playing their game. Keep their head in the game and out of the hype.

We beat a Mercer team without their center. The next game won't be easy at all

Without their back-up center. Their starters were playing.

Well, we've already been bumped, but if you haven't seen the article it's still on the front page

Oh screw that. I hope they have fun. As long as they're having fun we'll dominate.

The national love is only a detriment if the team is patting themselves on the back too much. Hopefully they got all the celebrating out of the way last night and today and can get back to work because Michigan is a very good team and we need to play just as well as we have been to beat them.

I've been soaking up all the positive media attention there is to find, but I hope the team is doing the exact opposite and staying hungry.

A lot of wins against bad or so so competition and I have yet to be convinced that Martin is great at anything. Michigan is an entirely different animal than what we've been feasting upon. For now, though, I'll just enjoy the ride and good fortune.

Glenn Robinson will wind up being a choker just like his father.

Late Sunday night I taped a 90 minute Sports Center. They covered every NCAA games but the UT game. ESPN thought America was more interested in the SW Bavarian Soccer League, Venezualian Midget Tossing, North Dakota 2AA Minor league Calf Roping Rodeo Championship, Nevada 10 Pin Tourney (over 70 league) and the Florida Senior Citizens Load in their Pants Invitation.

And just now some broad on ESPN claims that #10 Dayton and #11 are the Cinderella stories of the Sweet 16. Why isn't #11 Tennessee in that sentence?

That was rhetorical, of course.

ESPN loves any team who does well and those who are in the middle of a screw up. And they don't pay attention to those who are not doing anything significant. It's called news.
