Brian Williams=garbage

Tyler Smith=one of the biggest flops.

Cam Tatum=good player, not good use of talent.

Melvin Goins=average at best.

Opens some scholly's up likely. Williams was a waste of a scholly in the first place. We'll be alright in the long run. Even with these guys we weren't goin far this year.

Cam and Tyler are the ones i think we need back to even do anything this year (We wont do much with them) but we need Cam for next year really bad.

If we lose Tatum and Tyler then that hurts badly. I can't believe you don't see that.

we are screwed. any way you slice it Tyler was gone next year anyways and happening this late jeapordizes chance to replace other players even though as average or below average they are. At least they are bodies.

Seriously? We are very much screwed. Brian comes off to give Wayne rest. He's soft but he can still grab a board or two and be a big body in the paint. Goins gives Maze rest and basically splits PG duties. Tyler and Tatum start. This really sucks. It puts more pressure on Hopson (who does not show up half of the time) and Wayne (who will fail horribly when everything is on his shoulders). This is very, very bad news.

I disagree. Wayne has the potential to carry a team.

It sounds like Tatum may make it through this, and I think Tyler Smith will wiggle out of it also. Out of the group these are the only ones that we need. It may sound bad, but I hope Brian Williams never sets foot in TBA in a Tennessee uniform. I would love to see Kenny Hall get his minutes.

Not me. I hate the way he's been playing but putting basketball aside, I hope these young men didn't just destroy their lives. This is horrible.

I disagree. Tyler is not a flop. He has regressed a bit since his sophomore year b/c he's trying to do too much, but he is still a big part of this team. Williams provides depth, and Tatum brings offense and length on defense. I really can't figure out Goins, but I don't know what we're going to do at the point when Maze steps out. It might be JP again.

Hall and Woolridge are about to see their minutes go up. Scotty will need to step up, and McBee as well.

Get Brian Williams out even if he is relinquished of these charges. Losing Tatum and Smith could be very, very damaging to the team's chance at succeeding this year

Don't forget Chism has asthma and has to have a rest. He can't play major minutes plus he gets in foul trouble.

At PG, I don't know what they do. Hubert hurt his knee. I guess Prince has to be the backup.

I'm just tryna throw a positive perspective out there. The whole team's been underachieving this year. Now those guys are gonna have to pick up the slack and bust some a$$. We might be hurt this year but please tell me where we were going anyways? Time for Hopson to earn that high school rating, time for Kenny Hall to grow up fast, time for Chism to be THE senior. From every negative there can be positives. I know depth is a problem now, but my favorite Pearl team to watch didn't have a deep bench. Just chill, life's not over in Knoxville.

McBee will probably be the other guard on the floor when Maze goes to the bench, but I doubt he handles the PG responsibility

I'm looking forward to better field goal % without Williams. I feel like I'm watching womens basketball when he gets the rock in his hands.

I would personally take Wooldrige over Smith. He has really shot the ball well of late.

You can't tell me Melvin isn't a huge loss as well. There would absolutely be no one to relieve Maze. In the end, all four would hurt our depth, so they're really all big losses.

We are not "OK" .... The problem with this goes much deeper than possibly losing some incredibly selfish and stupid players ....

I will be very interested to see how Pearl handles this....
