Another freakin' engine. :banghead2:

It's laughable at this point. 2008 cannot come soon enough, I just want him away from that hell-hole known as TEI.

This is laughable. Total disgrace that this much happens to him. At least it will make it that much memorable next year when he's celebrating a championship. :)

Busch will be up what? 120 points after today. And he has a good record at the remaining tracks. I'm not sure about Michigan though

so where does he go for the rest of the season? does he begin to help his future Hendricks' teammates, or does he continue to race hard for TEI?

If I know anything at all about Junior, he'll just continue to race as hard as he can... try to get a win before the season is over. I bet he still hasn't given up on the chase... unlike me. heh

Such a great weekend at Pocono... so I knew this was coming.

Well, at least he was running in the top 3 for much of the day. Gotta take something positive from it.

Ha.. I guess I do know Junior pretty well. On MRN, he said he hasn't given up on the chase and he thinks they can still make it.

Oh Junior.. if nothing else, he gets an A for effort and determination.

Hendrick ordered him to tank the rest of the season......for the good of the team!

it will be interesting to see if he has any Hendrick drafting partners when they go back to the superspeedways

I blame Tony Eury Jr. for what happened this weekend. Dale Jr. mentioned that during practice he overshifted and the motor turned 10,300 RPM's. They should have changed the motor. The highest they should have been at would have been around 9500 RPM's. I am just a fan and I know that much.

interesting that some guys on the radio today brought up the 100 point fine at Darlington for the illegal wing brackets and they were discussing how Junior would be tied with Busch right now.

i tried to call in and bring up the fact that Busch also had 100 points taken away from him as well so this discussion is a complete waste of time.

the show went off the air before i got in.

You're right on, there.

BUT, he would be closer to Truex.
