Weird Issue with Scrolling

Just this week started having issues with being able to scroll on my mobile when there is a tweet attached to a post. Samsung, using Chrome, everything should be up to date.

If I am scrolling past a post with a Tweet and my finger is over the Tweet is wont scroll. If I hold to the sides it's fine. And it's not a dead spot on my screen. It's like the Tweets are "sticky"

Is this some new Musk feature to Twitter?

I've had that happen before too although it's not currently a problem for me.
