Much rather have Coach G. This staff isn’t anything special. People are getting excited over nothing.

These are the same people that got excited about Dooley and Butch, and talked about how great they were going to be.

I’m willing to guarantee UT will be on another coaching search in 4 years. Mark this post if you want.

What is there to be optimistic about with this staff? What is so great about Pruitt?

It seems most on here like him because of the way he talks. People said the same about Dooley.

Try to look at what I’m saying objectively. If UF hired this staff would you be afraid of how great they were going to be?

SDS is reporting the imminent hire of Chirs Weinke as CJP's 10th asisstent per Volquest and Zenitz of AL .com.
Weinke was interviewed early in the off season. The staff is finalized.

Great joke and nice deflection from what I’m saying.

The fact is that if this staff were at UF or any other SEC school for that matter, most on here would make fun of it or see it as a joke.

No one would be worried about UF becoming a dynasty or a serious contender.

Yea the same way several on here was making fun of Jawja couple years back with the staff n coach they hired.... Not sayin we will have the same outcome but ya gotta at least give it a chance to work.

I wanted Pruitt over anyone listed as a potential legitimate coaching hire. I, remember, when he was at Georgia and hearing all about him. I thought he would make someone an amazing head coach. Im glad he is ours.....what exactly do you not like about his staff?

I'm with ya, only I wanted Venables or Pruitt. I'm happy with CJP and I honestly believe he will get the job done here.

Will the coaching search be due to a poor job by Pruitt or because he did such a good job he got poached by another program?
