I'm kinda meh about this hire. I understand the IMG connection, but I think there was better out there for our RB position. Especially after running Gillespie off. I'll trust in Pruitt though. It is his staff.

RB coach is one of the easiest positions to coach in football. This hire was about connections and CW is thought to be an excellent coach by his peers. Players apparently like him too.

Hate to keep coming back to it, but Cade said he would come here if we'd hired Gruden. Probably would have a 5* QB as well.
