Ainge was starting QB. I know I am fixing to get ripped for this statement. We were very much in that Florida game too much bad QB play.

Two Crompton turnovers in the endzone and possibly going into the half down 20-14 plus getting the ball first in the second half I would have liked our chances. Have you ever though how awful QB play affects a team. Case in point look at the Titans. Vince is awful and the team looks down when he is in, put Collins in and the recievers actually give a little more effort because they will get some balls thrown at them.
I think we would be 3-0 with a better punter. See what a DUI can do?
Think about 40 net insteed of 25 net.
What about foster getting that personal foul in the first drive of the game. Then the very next series he's right back in. No accountability from the coaches all the way down to the players.Possibly. Do you think that if the head coach had booted the starting punter after his first couple of DUIs there is a better chance that there would be another quality punter on the team now? I guess I'm wondering if they missed/passed a couple of guys because Colquitt was still on the roster and the presumed starter.
I watched a replay of the game last night (sober this time). We were NEVER in that game. They are on a totally different level than we are.
Also, I think it's sad that our super star on defense is Eric Berry. If a DB is making all the plays then our line and linebackers are not very good.
Florida's offense was not overwhelming. They actually played pretty bad. Most of our problem was special teams coverage, penalties. If we take away the short field for the Gators they score maybe half what they had.
I agree with you about the D line and linebackers. They have not been impressive at all!
