Mark it down in your book that I called it.

We are superior in all phases of the the game, at home, have a better coach and our players believe.

Tell me why I'm wrong. Called N.C. State and Dooley has been preparing for this game more than that game.

We are not going to be picked on anymore. We Are The Tennessee Volunteers.

Their defense is better.
Their special teams is better.
They run the ball better.

So there's three things.

Would be awesome, but I'll take the W anyway we can get it. UF will be tough, we just gotta do what we do and see where the chips fall. The house should be rockin!

I don't understand the optimism, we've beaten two mediocre teams.

I'll never feel confident about beating UF

I'm aware they played TAMU, but they're 48th in the country for rushing yards and we're 43rd.

Also they're 114th in passing and we're 9th.

So there's something to look at.

When you guys say their special teams are better you mean they have better kickers, right? I mean our coverage teams are pretty decent, no? And would you really trade our return teams for theirs?

I agree about their place kicker. I'd take him and the punter from Ga State but I'm not so sure about the other aspects of special teams. I like our guys on those scores.

cut it out with the We are the Tennessee Volunteers sounds too Penn State ish. But I think their kicking game is better we have them in the returning aspects. I also think we will be very stout against the run mainly cause they have no deep threat.

They beat two teams that we would run out of the stadium and they didn't win either convincingly.

Just wait until Saturday. We are a better team and our defense is definitely better.

Their D-Line is good, but the secondary is weak.

I think everyone's pretty much right! Their run defense is better IMO..but I think we can shred thier secondary. They haven't seen anything like Bray & Co. this year. Yes...they will make adjustments...BUT SO CAN WE!

GO VOLS!

idk why you think we'd blow out TAMU. This isn't going to be a pushover of a game.

It's confidence. We finally have the horses to run with em. First time in years we could honestly say that. Doesn't mean we'll win, but there's every reason in the world to be confident right now.

But is their run good enough to score more points than us? Will their defense stop us consistently enough to allow them to consistently run the ball IF they're having success? UF may be forced to pass the ball either way in this game. Our run defense won't be a pushover.

We have better horses. We have 6-8 players that will play on Sundays with 3-4 first rounders.

We are better. Simple.

Compare qb's. Compare wideouts. Acknowledge UF's strength on D is the front-7. Our strength on offense is passing, which plays over and outside of the front-7. Our line pass blocks well, which is how their front could be a factor. Arse whipping central.

Unfortunately when the UF/UT game is close field goals are a factor. I would say that is our biggest weakness. We're going to get in field goal range quite a bit saturday but may not punch it in every time b/c their front seven is good and we aren't a good running team. Question is, who is going to kick and can we make pressure field goals.

No. No. They can't pass effectively. Our run defense did not lose it for us last year. This year the run defense is bigger and stronger and better coached.

Florida has shown every card they have and they are not good.

Tennessee has shown a few cards and we are better.

Kicking game will not matter on Saturday, because it will not be close.
