I don't know why.. but I think at this point for the long run the loss was a good thing... coaches more than kids.. but the hunger is deep and there and we take it to Florida in the swamp...

At this point I would bet on Florida in a complete blowout before I would bet on Tennessee winning by double digits in the swamp. I hope you're right though. As far as the coaches go, The Butch-speak at the last press conference shows that he still just can't quite grasp things.

We won't win Florida's secondary looks faster and better than OKL. And they will tighten the box because they know Dobbs can't throw the ball deep. But don't worry Jones will say were still young, Florida brought more pressure, it's a process, building a program not a team...then we will all feel better

We haven't beat the gators in the swamp since I was 20 years old and that really makes me feel chitty.

Can you give us a little more analysis than that? I can give you reasons why we will lose again. Can you give us a handful of actual reasons why we will win?

Have to get the passing attack going to win IMO. We are better equipped however to beat UF. Cannot go super conservative like we did against OU.

Yup. FL can and will play press coverage and stack the box. Unless we establish a consistent pass threat, we'll be ****** against their D.

I WILL NOT set myself up for another EMOTIONAL let down after last year's Florida loss as we clearly had the better team and ONCE again got TOO CONSERVATIVE (and last year we blamed Bajakian..........hmmm, maybe we shouldv blamed Butch last year as this year we have a diff OC but same conservative approach after a lead)............so, I will reserve judgement until it ACTUALLY happens !!
