Leach is a nut ball, a loose cannon that no administrators wants to represent their school and state. Guy is way too negative and a bully to have around young men.
Never coming to Tennessee, no way, no how.
Well said my man.If fulmer trots out Kevin Steele his legacy is tarnished forever. All that crap doesn't matter. He has SEC experience as OC, and is a great coach who can WIN.
Winning is all that matters. 2 five win years and it isn't gonna matter if he's a good polite southern boy, he'll be gone and he'll take Fulmer with him.
If Fulmer screws this up it will ruin is legacy. Football has always been a "what have you done for me lately." type sport. His legacy will be decided by the next 3-5 years. He's better get off his high horse and hire the best winner available.
Leach or Brohm. One of those two would give us an elite offense. Both coaches can develop players. Go out get an elite DC and call it a day. Unfortunately, I think Fulmer wants complete control and either of those two coaches with Fulmer is like mixing water with oil. End this circus! But don't settle!

:rock::rock:It was reported on a Nashville sports talk show minutes ago that Kevin Steele could be the next UT coach. Steele cancelled out on the Broyles Assistant Coach Award in Arkansas tomorrow night to reinterview with AD Fulmer in New York this afternoon. It is currently felt that Fulmer wanted a "Tennessee" guy and that Steele will be introduced in Knoxville possibly Thursday morning.

I saw that. Expect to be back here in 5 years searching again. Hope I am wrong.
