Name a program that has dealt the Vols more significant defeats? 2 SEC titles and a trip to Pasadena stolen from us, as well as the loss that turned us into a national laughing stock in 2010, beginning a decade of terrible seasons. Screw these guys. I want the Vols to beat the brakes off this team.

Naw, we did those things to ourselves courtesy of Fulmer becoming lazy in recruiting and refusing to change with the times as other programs surpassed us scheming-wise. He couldn't continue to win simply by out-talenting people alone. That plus Bozo clowns running the athletic department. LSU, like other programs, including Georgia State, took advantage of that, or benefitted from our STUPIDITY.

Last meeting at Neyland in 2017 is still fresh in my mind. I can understand supporting your team, but LSU's entire fan-base was obnoxious during the entire game -- AND EVEN WORSE AFTER IT!!!!!!!!!

Hope Tennessee fans go down there and let off some unspent energy! (Just behave....... We don't want to be confused with the likes of THEM!)

By Golly, Neyland was on the same page with you!!

Play for and make the brakes. When one comes your way—SCORE.

I have fond memories of Tenn coming back from 21-0 at half time to win in overtime. Think it was 1985. That was in Death valley . Also, only game I went to at Baton Rouge saw Johnny Majors and Heath Shuler beat them with LSU fans booing their own team the entire game.

That was 1989 Tennessee 45-39 over LSU in Baton Rouge. LSU fell from 8-4 and being Co-SEC Champions in 1988 to 5-6 in 1989.

The SECCG in 2001 was one of the worst coaching job
I have ever seen. To allow a backup QB run draws over
and over again, was painful to watch. The UT coaching
staff should have been forced to return their pay checks.
Reported. I will let you know the status of the returned checks.

Agree 100% and it absolutely sucked coming back from Atlanta! That one I told my Dad started the downfall.

This is the 15th meeting between the schools in Baton Rouge.

Tennessee leads with 8 wins to 4 for LSU and there have been 2 ties.
