And getting jobs.

Make it so these terribly officiated games have repercussions. Colin Cowherd just tweeted out that every year you could take the top 5 most bizarre games, and Tennessee would have 4 of them.

I’m fine if we lose to a better team, but losing because of poor officiating against us needs to start having repercussions for the refs doing this.

Sue them now.

The answer is evaluation by the governing body of the conference (a panel or policing group independent of the conference hierarchy) with the power to suspend without pay or recommend termination after multiple mistakes. They also should be able to suspend a whole crew if they support a bad call just to cover for their fellow ref. Number of games in penalty could be for any number of games or a season and or a recommendation to the " higher ups" to terminate.

The point here is not to actually sue them, but to expose and highlight this crap for the world to see...to ridicule and professionally embarrass them before their peers, conference leaders, and the sportsworld in general.

CAN OF WORMS ---- GO FISHING
FINES Maybe

Performance Grades for each official and Lower Grades equals less pay less games no Bowl games and lower level games.

This crew should be dissolved and should have been broken up after their other debacle

All Refs should earn there way onto the field not be given the opportunity because they look good in Zebra Stripes

ADs should be sent a list of Refs well in advance before the game and the ADs should be able to DQ them two weeks before game based on their stats.

Crews that make mistakes should be disbanded and reorganized.

Game by Game analysis of crews with AARs.

4: Is a Lawyer? Oh hell yeah, checkmate!

David Boyd, he's a lawyer.
