We have two O Line coaches

And no QB coach. Results our O line is offensive and our QB hasn't progressed. I believe this because Dobbs consistently throws into triple coverage and doesn't seem to be comfortable unless we are just improvising (down by 14 and going for it). Even then he's thrown way too many interceptions when games are on the line by throwing into triple coverage.

Doug Mathews says we have 3 O-Line coaches. Deboard (sp), Mahoney (sp), and Larry Scott.

Year 4 and we see zero improvement/development. You can blame youth for so long before it's obvious that the issue is coaching.

3 OL coaches and the line is falling apart which means the entire offense is like drying paint. 2 of them need to be replaced ASAP

Bring in a new OC with a new high powered offense. If the Head coach doesn't want to allow that, then sadly it's time for him to go too. Next man up
