We have something in common

I think at least 2/3rds of those games I wouldn't even watch if there wasn't a single other college football game on. Can't wait for that Texas Tech vs SMU game or LTech vs Hawaii!

Now that is REALLY what seperates the SEC from the Pac 10.

No it doesn't, have you looked at these games?

Doesn't matter. I wait too darn long for football season to come around to waste any opportunities. I begin to think about it as soon as the pitchers and catchers report.

Brutal compilation.
I generally respect Schlabach's work, but this is awful. Here's to hoping he's trying to humor us.

No disrespect to Droski either, but now does Stanford/Cal make that slate?

None taken. Harbaugh has already made a comment or two dissing cal, one or two more and you can bet the farm we win by 5 tds.

Will be interesting to see if Harbaugh can pull them out of the cellar.

They were the worst team in the bcs last year and harris isn't a bad coach. They also lose their senior QB and their best players on defense. Their recruiting has been in the pac-10 cellar. Though I think harbaugh will turn out to be a fraud and a major douche, but even if he was a fantastic coach I can't see him turning it around for at least another couple years.

this list has the look of someone that is simply more interested in the "story" part of the matchup than the competitiveness or importance of the game.

it's just another indication that ESPN is slowly becoming the "Inside Edition" or "ET" of Sports.

i generally don't have any disdain for ESPN or their motives for what they program, but it does seem of late that more and more of their programming choices and lead stories on SC read more like gossip column headlines than anything really to do with sports.

the whole "who's NOW" thing they got going on is just ridiculous, and looking at the list of games MS has listed, minus the very few exceptions, it has more to do with the coach going to play a former team and the story to go with that, than anything else.

if you take in that light, then fine with me, and you also understand that it's pure fodder and has little to do with game itself. Cause no way UNC/Miami is on that list if Butch Davis isn't the coach at UNC. Same with LSU/Bama.....NS being at Bama instantly gives that game rub.

Yes,Fla. vs UT is never a close game and is not decided by 1-3 points most of the time. How they cant put Fla vs UT is beyond me.

Because Schlabach knows that with Saban at Bama there is now a New World Order in college football.
