We got a shot at ‘em

Our single issue this season is we're just too thin. Miracles happen, and I believe in them. Just the same, the facts are what they are. Georgia is mindful their reputation of choking at the most crucial times. Georgia lusting for an undefeated season, and hellbent on making it happen. Of all the teams that could trip them up, Tennessee boils their blood more than any other. Had we the troop numbers, even if they were all three stars, given our staff, I'd wager we'd win this game. Probably in resounding fashion. While I have picked the Vols to win, I admit I dread what we may end up enduring in this game. Nonetheless, I hope we make them not just sweat profusely, but wet and soil their unis as well.

Hopefully, both of our feature RBs are healthy, especially Evans. I so, so, so want to see them Carnation those British redcoats.
Sure, I got the uniform and number wrong, but you get the point, some of it anyway.

We will be the best offense UGA has faced so far so we will challenge that amazing defense they have. However, much like Bama, their depth will beat us. Late in the second half, if it is close, they will most likely pull away as they keep putting fresh legs on the field.

I could be wrong……..as I often am; however if Georgia is going to be beaten (by anyone)………I think it’s going to come from defense and then maybe a little luck.

Someone is going to have to make it a game like the Clemson game and then have a bit of luck and try to squeak one out.

Georgia has an O that can score some points……..I just don’t see anyone being able to simply go out and try to score like 50 on them……….thus simply out scoring them.

Someone will have to “out score” them by keeping the score really low.

Long way around to say…….Tennessee can’t do that………..

On a more positive note there’s always a good chance I’m wrong……especially when simply giving my opinion.

We need to take Nakobe Dean (#17) out early, he calls their formations on defense and is like a 3.5-4.0 student. If we can take him out early they'll be discombobulated on defense and we can take advantage. I don't wish the kid any permanent harm but if we could just get him out for our game that'd be sufficient. A targeting ejection would also work oh ye football gods.

As a payer and coach this IS the attitude you have to have. Everybody taking the field and playing will have two arms and two legs. If we can somehow keep it close going in to the 2nd half, they have a chance of imploding.
Payer? Freudian slip?;)

Sure we do, Vandy has a chance to beat us too. I just don't see it. I hope you're right.

So tell us how would you take him out if you were in Heupel’s position.

AC/DC song comes to my mind.
“concrete shoes, cyanide, TNT
Neckties, Contracts, High Voltage”

I’m with ya.
