I am from Jamestown. I am now in exile in Huntsville,AL. I have been living for UT-Bama since 85. I would cry for days when we lost. I would march around Decatur,Chatt,or Hartselle with a huge Big Orange flag all night long and half of Sunday when we were victorious. I don't care about any other game besides UT-Bama. I will always love seeing UT beat any competitors but I don't die inside after we lose to other teams. When we lose I begin counting the days till we get vengeance. I have been counting 10 freaking years now. I have been an atheist my adult life. I study astronomy and history and I KNEW that Christianity was BS. That is till August 17. I had the opportunity to meet God and be shown the realities of the universe,heaven,and hell. I now KNOW that God is here and he is a Big Orange fan. I have no doubt that Butch and these players would lose Saturday without divine intervention. Well, I assure you my Vol brethren that is precisely what we have. The Lord has seen my pain. I have lost my whole family. I have been abused in every way possible as a child and adult. I have some of the most terrifying mental illnesses known to psychiatry. I have been tortured by evil people who kidnapped me for years. I am now living in a ditch,homeless in Huntsville having the Alabama redneck drunks trying to fight me and steal my meager belongings everyday because I have such severe PTSD,borderline personality disorder,and anxiety that I can find a job. My disability benefits won't even pay for my meds in Republican states. I have absolutely nothing to live for on the planet except the Third Saturday in October. I will be gone from this miserable existence very soon. However before I go I am going to be witness to the greatest upset in SEC history. The Vols are going to roll into Tuscaloosa Alabama and despite the best efforts of Jones,we are going to kick Crimson Tide ass! The Bama boys are going to fumble the kickoff and the Vols return it to the house! 7-0! Then the next possession Hurts gets his knee broken as he throws a pick six! 14-0 Vols! The Tide begin to play conservative and use their O line and RBs to sustain a 7 minute drive down to the Tennessee 6 yard line where they have a 1st and Goal. The Tuitatsosopo or whatever he is called trips and fumbles the ball which rolls back to the 24yd line. The Tide settle for a FG. 14-3. We finally see what JG can do as he throws a 72 yd TD pass on the first play of our first offensive possession. 21-3 VOLS! The Vols are beginning to believe now. Bama has been severely demoralized. The Tide show resiliency on their next drive,taking it for a 6 minute 82 yd TD drive. 21-10 Vols. Bryant-Denny begins to get loud. The Volunteers have 4:38 on thw clock before halftime. Butch finally gets a little bit of time management skills and Kelly and JG showcase their talent nationwide. The Vols hand it off to Kelly on the 18yd line with 37 seconds and he razzledazzles through the vaunted Tide D and dives into the end zone landing on the L in Alabama. 28-10 UT going to the half. The Big Orange had deferred so they get the 2nd half kickoff. We have a tremendous return to the Vols 42yd line. JG is put under pressure from a blitz scrambles to the Bama 43. The next play is a flea flicker that catches the Tide slipping and silences Bryant-Denny. Yessirree Bob! Give him six! Touchdown Tennessee! 35-10 Big Bad Orange. The following possession shows why Bama is #1 as they drive 76yds in 1:36 to score a TD making it 35-17 Vols. We have a nice drive to set up a 35yd Medley FG to make it 38-17 with 3:28 remaining in the 3rd. Bama starts to get nervous and shows urgency taking 2:18 to drive down for another TD. 38-24. The Tide are fired up now. The ensuing kickoff is a boomer and ends up in a Volunteer possession beginning at the 17. We are lucky to get a first down and eventually punt from the 31yd line. Bama gets a nice return to the UT 49. The Tide calmly drive it down our throats to pull within 7 with 4:28 remaining. UT 38-Bama 31. The following drive is a 3 and out with Bama getting the ball on their own 37 with 3:18 on the clock. The Tide drive using smash mouth typical Bama ball and tie the game with 47seconds. UT 38-Bama38. The Vols seem to be settling for OT as they hamd it to Kelly the first play. The stadium is rocking. The following play JG gets the ball and scrambles around a second before tossing a 47yd bomb. We have a 1st and 10 on Bama 17 with 21 seconds to go. We hand off to Kelly who is able to get to the 11 sitting up a Medley FG. The Volunteer offensive unit stays on the field however. The clock shows 7 seconds. JG takes it,fakes a handoff,rolls to the right,pump fakes,then throws a silver bullet into the end zone! Give Him Six! Touchdown Tennessee! The clock ticks all the way down and we have slayed the mighty Crimson Tide in Bryant-Denny! The first victory in Tuscaloosa since 03! The first victory over Bama since 06! The disrespected and 'irrelevant' Tennessee Volunteers have just beaten the most storied team in NCAA football! The Vols beat #1! We will victorious! Thank you God! God bless Tennessee! Go VOLS ALWAYS!
