Other SEC teams are working hard too - there are no gimmes from week to week. Wipe out half a defensive roster and UT has no advantage over anybody. That is how you give up 600 yards to teams that suck. There were no answers when even Paul Bain is injured. Regrouping enough to beat Nebraska is impressive.

Suck it up and rally with Team 121 - or wallow around in misery over losing to Vandy or South Carolina. Butch is 0-3 vs. Muschamp but he ran Spurrier back to Florida and Richt to Miami. I would rather deal with Muschamp in due time. Just MHO.

0-3 vs. Muschamp This absolutely has to change. Can't get out coached by the Muschamp every year, especially now at USCjr.

Looking back in hindsight when we had to win shootouts verses UK, and Missouri losing to Vandy who has a decent defense wasn't all that shocking. Our O was not a problem, defensively we were a mess the last 5 games of the year. After the Death stretch of four brutal games (scheduling screwed us over big time there) we needed a month to recover. I'm not willing to give Butch necessarily a pass and I'm still not sold he is "the man" to take us all the way, but it still beats going 5-7 every year. winning 3 bowl games in a row feels alright (I don't think we've done that since the early-mid 90s - I could be wrong). I hope we are building our way to something special. As long as Butch is head coach I'm pulling hard for him. I hope he exceeds expectations next year cause I'm not expecting much.

Because some people are miserable and want everyone to be miserable with them. I don't consider myself a nega or a pumper, but after such a crazy year, I was just hoping to enjoy the bowl win for at least a week. Wasn't meant to be. People even ruined the great post from the Vereen family. I don't understand how people can be apathetic or disappointed that we beat Nebraska and guys like Dobbs, Barnett, Malone, Kamara, Weisman, and Croom went out on such a high note.

It's not the criticism of CBJ or other negative comments. After all, it is a message board. It's the intense hatred and SAYING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER IN EVERY POST, that gets old. If you have a problem with mistakes CBJ has made or things he has said, then by all means let's discuss them. But to just say CBJ sucks, or Fire CBJ, etc., and contribute nothing to the converstation, is getting very, very old. We get it. Injuries and turnovers at critical times played a big factor in every loss but Bama. There were many other mistakes made and Butch is ultimately responsible. Everyone knows this. Next year will be a critical year for him. We get it. Please just let us enjoy this win for awhile. Vollygirl said it best in another post. "Why would you want to be feeling this way on Jan. 1?"
