I still say rating, etc. mean nothing this year. JUST PLAY FOOTBALL!!!! When the dust settles in the SEC, if we are near the top, well that's good enough for me. The SEC speaks for it's self. When we finish this "hell season" of bashing each others heads with no patsy, or otherwise, from outside, we will have a good idea how we would have stacked up against everyone else.

Only Yahoo. Not even an official poll.

But the ones Ive seen we are about 5 spots ahead of them. This isn't too odd for them 1 spot above. A bunch of estimation at this point, but Stoops has built respect. They won 10 games, then 8 last year, and one of their best recruiting classes...probably ever (lol). Hope springs eternal for them.

You can't build a poll on head to head games from a year ago lol. Not like we beat them by much either lol. Not going to beat chests over beating uk by 2 feet. Let's build the gap up this year some imo and prove there is distance.

How did we let Memphis become the most respected team in the state? It has been a tough decade for sure. Since I don't have any bad blood with Memphis I am glad they are on a nice run. There is a lot of talent to draw from in that Memphis market and they seem to be making the most of it.

I still want to whip their a$$ though.

Wouldn't say we controlled the entire game. We were down 13-0 after 1 and 13-3 at haftime. We did take control after halftime.
