My picks for the SEC

East = UT, Ga, FL, USC, KY and Vandy

West = LSU, Aub, Bamma, Ark, MS and MSU

I would flip flop AUB and Bamma. I think that AUB lost too much talent. Bamma will still have a better DEF than AUB and AUB dosent have a senior QB or the Studs in the Backfield to help it out this year. I can't remember, do we play AUB this year? If we do they will need more than a few crooked Ref's to beat us this year.

I believe we will win the East and that will be decided in the Florida game....I don't think that UGA will be all that good this year to finish 2nd to us....They lost a ton

Everyone is picking Bama to win the west this year.....IT could very well happen...As much as I don't want to say it, they do have some talent down there coming back next year....It will come down to LSU and Bama in the West

I think that while Urban will fail to beat us, he will still have an impressive first year in the SEC. Losing to us in the SEC opener will put a big chip on his shoulder, and I think he will go out guns blazing after that.

As for the west, LSU is still pretty loaded, and Les Miles is transplanting his whole staff to the bayou. Alabama may win it though. We have to be realistic in that Alabama probably would have done a lot better if their whole backfield hadn't been injured; Now they are back. So we gotta be careful.

Brodie Croyle is not durable at all and not to mention Alabama lost 3 starters on the O-line including the entire left side!! There RT kyle Tatum is not good at all! Now there D will probably have to keep them in games again.

I'm not gonna flame you, because you do speak of Spurrier, but he just doesn't have the talent to finish in the top half of the East.

I personally would love to see a match up between us and bama in the sec championship game....That would be sweet.

Didn't we have a thread a while back about Fulmer having a poor record against new coaches?

:welcome: YEA' thanx for not going nutt's on me.

I only mention that team as a darkhorse' I know he doesnt have the talent + the talent he wants for his small play book, provided he doesnt find any un-noticed talent in what depth he may have.

I just think its possible he/they may squeek out a game or two in the east, with everyone looking past them.

I cant hardly say his name with out including a male body part, ears and a visor.
But anyone know's he's slick! and he'll find as much as he can out of his group.

Its gonna be a nice October day in Neyland! I anticipate a huge :welcome: back :freak: party'' with a crowd close to records or new record

I got Vandy going 12-0. No question about it. They have coaching, depth, talent and the schedule to pull it off.
