I can see why Chryst transferred. This Costello kid is a gamer and leader on the sidelines. I am not trying to bad mouth KC, but I don’t understand why there was ever any question who the starter should be. If JG is out for any time, Helton and Pruitt have a lot of work to do.

JG should transfer to Delaware immediately and let KC finish. He is much better. JG is the answer if you want to lose every SEC game. Go recruit a freshman to take over like they have in Georgia.

JG will go down as the losingest QB in UT history - unless something drastic happens. I’m not blaming him entirely, but it’s seems odd that when he was replaced we scored 2 TDS. Sometimes a change can spark the team.

Pretty sure JG has the fewest TDs of any starting SEC QB at this point in the season. A stat that's unlikely to improve; pobably pretty low in the list for all P5 starting QBs

Our team will have fewest TDs in SEC by the end of the season

I must be in the minority, but I can’t believe that Helton would let JG throw into double coverage and not give the green light to KC until 3rd and long if they were equal. Chryst was 3-7 and his incompletions were ugly. Of course we scored two touchdowns late. We were running against 3rd stringers.

I have to say Shaw is a pretty damned impressive coach. No matter how big a hole they get in, he keeps the same focused yet calm demeanor. They just keep marching forward and wait for their opponent to trip .

He.Is top notch man. I was hoping the titans would get him, but from what ive heard, he will not even entertain interviews. Doesnt even play them for a raise.

The job of a coach is to put players in a situation where they can be successful. I have heard Erik Ainge repeatedly state that the reason they were successful in his senior season was Cutcliffe was honest about who they were and designed the short 2 step and throw system because they all knew their OL sucked. I spent a good deal of tonight saying ... Here they come.... about Floridas defense.
